1. Accepted Payment Methods

We exclusively accept PayPal for all transactions.


PayPal Features:

•Secure buyer/seller protection.

•End-to-end encryption and fraud monitoring.

•Instant payment processing for faster order fulfillment.


2. Billing Currency

•All charges are processed in USD (United States Dollars).

•Prices displayed in local currencies are estimates.

•Your bank may convert USD to your local currency using their exchange rate, potentially adding foreign transaction fees.


3. Foreign Transaction Fees

Pawriends does not control:

•Exchange rates applied by your bank/card issuer.

•Foreign transaction fees (typically 1–3% of the transaction value).

•Contact your bank for fee policies before purchasing.


4. Order Confirmation

•Successful payments trigger an automated email receipt within 30 minutes.

•Not received?

→ Check spam/junk folders.

→ Contact us via WhatsApp/email for manual resend.

 

5. Failed Payments

If your PayPal payment fails:


•Verify sufficient balance or linked funding sources.

•Ensure your account complies with PayPal’s transaction limits:

•Try re-attempting after 1 hour or contact PayPal support.


⚠️ We reserve the right to cancel orders with repeated payment failures or suspected fraud.


6. Payment Disputes

Before filing a bank/PayPal chargeback:


1.Contact us immediately to resolve billing errors.

2.Provide: Order number, transaction ID, and issue details.

3.We investigate and respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Unresolved issues may escalate to PayPal’s dispute resolution center.
